Sr. Outbound Sales Development Representative at OL TECH EDU, you will participate in offering trainings for architectural deliverables of custom projects and products of OL TECH EDU. The role includes working closely with content writers, instructional design and graphic design, customers, project/product managers and designers.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
Technical/Functional Skills
* 5+ years Outbound Sales Development experience in a corporate environment.
* Strong perseverance and determination.
* Experience using sales CRMs, HubSpot preferred.
* Experience with Sales Enablement Tools like Outreach.io, ZoomInfo etc.
* Experience using LinkedIn as a sales outreach tool.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to find, utilize and optimize a variety of prospecting tools and programs.
* Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
* Technical aptitude as it relates to the web hosting industry highly preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Generate new leads and find new potential sales outlets while building relationships to nurturing warm prospects
* Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives
* Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
* Communicate our value propositions to prospects and determine quality of lead
* Schedule demonstrations and meetings for prospects, technical experts and sales executives
* Conduct high-volume cold calling and follow up emails to contact and qualify new sales opportunities
* Build long-term trusting relationships with potential customers
* Work hand in hand with Account Executives to guide prospects through the sales funnel
* Maintain and upkeep the Sales CRM (HubSpot)
* Identify and report on customer needs, pain-points and expectations
* Partner with the Marketing team to create sales presentations for enterprise clients.
